This local-beta draft describes the data Routtone needs to operate. A release owner must add the legal entity, support contact, processors, retention periods and jurisdiction-specific disclosures before an external beta.

Account email, optional display name, authentication identifiers, language and region preferences, news interaction types, optional listening duration and limited technical request logs. Passwords are handled by the configured authentication provider and are not stored in the Routtone application database.

Purpose · Amaç

The data is used to authenticate users, synchronize mobile and web preferences, personalize the feed, protect the service and troubleshoot failures. Routtone does not sell personal data.

Control and deletion · Kontrol ve silme

Users may request access, correction, export or deletion. Until self-service deletion is implemented, verified requests follow the manual deletion procedure documented in the beta runbook. A support address must be published before external access.
